Returns and Exchanges

Varshika offers a 7-days return policy on all its products, allowing for returns of unused and unworn items with no questions asked. However, We have certain exceptions to this policy. Personalized and Made-To-Order products are not eligible for the 7-days return and can only be returned in the case of spurious or defective products. Additionally, certain items such as coins, utensils, and God idols are non-returnable, except in cases of defective or spurious products .

To initiate a return request, customers can place requests directly from the Varshika Jewellers Website or by emailing sales@varshikajeweller.com with images of the product and the reason for returning. Once the request is placed, a reverse pickup is arranged, which may take some time. Upon receiving the returned product in their warehouse, the refund is initiated, and customers can also avail replacement or exchange of their order as per their requirements.

Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging. Once the quality check is completed, customers shall receive a refund within 15 days after adjusting any applicable fees and duties. 1. Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, deodorant and makeup.2. Always remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing or showering.3. To clean your jewellery, wipe with a soft, moist cloth and ensure the piece is dried well.4. Store each piece separately. The best way is to keep it in our Jewel boxes safe in your closet and avoid moisture.5. We are committed to producing high quality jewellery however, if your pieces are exposed to the products above, some tarnishing may occur. It may also naturally occur from certain skin’s PH levels .
